누수로 인한 긴급 공사가 아래와 같이 진행될 예정입니다.

1. 장소: 704관(명덕1동)

2. 일자: 2025.11.6.(목)

3. 공사명: 외벽 균열 보수 및 방수·도장, 옥상 파라펫 두겁 설치 공사

4. 공사사유: 누수로 인한 긴급 보수

공사 기간 중 소음 및 통행에 다소 불편이 있을 수 있으니, 관생 여러분의 많은 양해 부탁드립니다.

Emergency construction due to water leakage will be carried out as follows.

1. Location: Building 704 (Myeongdeok 1-dong)

2. Date: 2025.11.6.(Thu)

3. Construction Title: Exterior wall crack repair and waterproofing/painting, rooftop parapet cap installation work

4. Reason for Construction: Emergency repair due to water leakage

During the construction period, there may be some noise and inconvenience in movement. We kindly ask for the understanding of all residents.
