안녕하세요. 생활관 행정실입니다.

2025학년도 1학기 입관생을 위해 생활관 내 냉방 공급을 위해 정비 및 세척 작업을 완료하였으며, 냉방기 가동 및 사용 안내 드립니다. 보다 쾌적한 생활을 위해 참고해 주시기 바랍니다.

 

1. 2025년 냉방기 정비 내역

2. 냉방 전환 및 가동 일정 안내

- 2025.5.16.(금) 난방 중단
- 2025.5.16.(금) 5.16.(금) ~ 5.21.(수) 냉방 전환을 위한 히트펌프 시스템 정비 및 냉각

준비 작업 진행

* 히트펌프 시스템은 냉방 전환 시 설비 내부 온도를 충분히 낮추는 과정이 필요하며,
이 과정에 약 1주일이 소요

- 2025.5.22.(목) 09:00부터 냉방 가동

 

3. 냉방기 사용 안내

- 703관, 708관 1인실은 리모컨을 이용해 냉방기 개별 조정 가능

- 중앙 히트펌프 냉·난방 시스템이 적용된 동은 개별 온도 조절 불가능

- 냉·난방기 세척을 완료하였으나 첫 가동 시 일시적으로 냄새가 발생할 수 있으니, 충분히

환기한 후 사용

 

※ 최근 급격한 일교차로 인해 야간 기온이 10도 이하로 떨어지는 날이 많았으나, 낮 온도를 고려해 난방을 조기 중단하였습니다.

     하지만, 이례적으로 5.21.(수) 최고 기온이 31도로 가장 높았음에도 신속히 대응하지 못하였고 냉·난방 전환이 다소 지연된 점 양해 부탁드립니다.

     앞으로도 학생 여러분이 쾌적하고 안전한 환경에서 생활할 수 있도록 시설 점검과 개선에 최선을 다하겠습니다.

Hello, this is the Dormitory Administration Office.

For the 1st semester of the 2025 academic year, we have completed maintenance and cleaning of the air conditioning units in the dormitory to ensure proper cooling supply. Please refer to the following information for a more comfortable living environment.

1. 2025 Air Conditioning Maintenance Details

2. Cooling System Switch and Operation Schedule

- 2025.5.16 (Fri): Heating will be stopped
- 2025.5.16.(Fri) ~ 5.21.(Wed), Heat pump system maintenance and cooling

preparation for switching to cooling operation

* The heat pump system requires about one week to sufficiently lower the

internal temperature of the equipment during the cooling switch

- 2025.5.22.(Thu) from 09:00: Cooling operation starts

3. Air Conditioner Usage Guide

- Single rooms in buildings 703 and 708 can adjust air conditioning individually

using a remote control

- Buildings with central heat pump cooling and heating systems do not allow

individual temperature control

- Although the cooling and heating units have been cleaned, there may be a

temporary odor when first operated, so please ensure adequate ventilation

before use

※ Due to the recent rapid temperature changes, nighttime temperatures have often dropped below 10°C. Considering daytime temperatures, heating was stopped earlier than usual. However, on 5.21.(Wed), when the highest temperature reached 31°C, the switch to cooling was slightly delayed. We ask for your understanding.

We will continue to do our best to maintain and improve the facilities so that students can live in a comfortable and safe environment.

为迎接2025学年第一学期入住宿生，我们已完成生活馆内空调的维修与清洗作业，现将空调启动及使用事项通知如下，请大家参考，以营造更舒适的生活环境。

 

1. 2025年空调维修内容

 

2. 空调转换及启动日程

- 2025年5月16日（周五）停止供暖
- 2025年5月16日（周五）~ 5月21日（周三）进行热泵系统维修及冷却准备作业

※ 热泵系统在切换为制冷模式时，需要充分降低设备内部温度，此过程约需一周时间

- 2025年5月22日（周四）09:00起，开始供冷

 

3. 空调使用指南

- 703馆、708馆一人间可通过遥控器单独调节空调

- 配备中央热泵冷暖系统的楼栋无法单独调节温度

- 空调虽已完成清洗，但初次启动时可能短时间内产生异味，建议充分通风后使用

 

※ 近期昼夜温差剧烈，夜间气温多次降至10度以下，考虑到白天气温已较高，已提前停止供暖。但5月21日（周三）气温异常高达31度，我们未能及时应对，导致冷暖系统转换略有延迟，对此深表歉意。
